All I require of you is that you have a basic knowledge of FTP, HTML, CSS, and PHP. To put it in short, I want to host someone with some experience in web-design. Having a php based site is much easier to handle, and I'm willing to teach you how to use PHP Includes if you've never heard of it. The point is, I'm always willing to help you out. :P
